InfiniTech Training Center – Terms & Condition

By enrolling in any course offered by InfiniTech Training Center, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:


1. Enrollment & Access

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after submission of the enrollment form and verification of payment

  • Students must provide accurate and complete information

  • LMS access is granted once enrollment is approved

  • Course access is lifetime, unless otherwise stated


2. Payments & Fees

  • All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing

  • Payment confirmation depends on submitted reference numbers

  • Any incorrect or fraudulent payment submission may result in enrollment cancellation


3. Course Use & Restrictions

Students agree:

  • Not to share LMS login credentials

  • Not to download, resell, reproduce, or redistribute course materials

  • Not to record, upload, or share training content without permission

Violation may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of access

  • Legal action if necessary


4. Certificates

  • Certificates are issued only after course completion and approval

  • Names on certificates are based strictly on enrollment form submissions

  • Once issued, certificate details cannot be changed except for verified errors

  • Certificates include QR codes for public verification


5. Certificate Verification

  • Certificate verification pages may display:

    • Student full name

    • Course title

    • Certificate number

    • Date of completion

This information is shown solely for verification and authenticity purposes.


6. Limitation of Liability

InfiniTech Training Center is not liable for:

  • Internet connectivity issues

  • Platform downtime beyond our control

  • Third-party service interruptions (Google, LMS providers, payment platforms)


7. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Update course content

  • Modify schedules

  • Improve systems and platforms

  • Update these Terms & Conditions when necessary


8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.


9. Acceptance

By enrolling, submitting forms, or accessing our LMS, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

  • Agree to comply with all policies of InfiniTech Training Center


Training Recognition, Accreditation & Ranking Points Disclaimer

InfiniTech Training Center is not accredited by TESDA, DepEd, or PRC. We operate as a private training institution and as a partner of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) under the Tech4Ed Program.

Enrollment in our training programs does not guarantee the awarding of ranking points (including the commonly referenced 10 points) for Teacher I or any other DepEd ranking or evaluation.

The awarding of ranking points is solely determined by the evaluator, panel, or Division Office (DO) conducting the ranking process. InfiniTech Training Center has no control, influence, or authority over how many points—if any—are granted for a particular training or certificate.

Policies and requirements regarding training recognition vary per Division Office. Some DOs may require training providers to be accredited, while others may not. Many Division Offices primarily require:

  • Proof of completed training

  • A minimum number of training hours (commonly 80 hours)

  • Verifiable and authentic certificates (e.g., with QR codes)

InfiniTech Training Center issues certificates with QR codes for verification to confirm attendance and completion of training. However, final acceptance and point allocation remain at the discretion of the evaluating authority.

By enrolling in any course offered by InfiniTech Training Center, the student acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Ranking points are not guaranteed

  • Evaluation outcomes may differ per Division Office

  • The institution shall not be held liable for any ranking results, point allocations, or policy changes implemented by DepEd or its offices
