    ⚠️ We do not collect your bank account passwords, PINs, or wallet login credentials.

  • Google Forms used for enrollment
  • LMS account registration
  • Certificate request submissions
  • Direct communication (email, Facebook Messenger, etc.)
 
3. Purpose of Data Collection

  • Enrollment and course registration
  • Verification of payments
  • Creation and management of your LMS account
  • Issuance of training certificates
  • Certificate verification via QR code and website
  • Communication regarding schedules, updates, and announcements
  • Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

4. Certificate Issuance & Public Verification

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your full name will appear on your training certificate
  • Your certificate will be uploaded to Google Drive (view-only access)
  • Your name and certificate number may be displayed on our website for certificate verification purposes only
  • A QR code linked to the verification page will be included on your certificate

This is done to prevent fraud and ensure authenticity of certificates.


5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or trade your personal information.

Your data may only be shared with:

  • Authorized staff of InfiniTech Training Center
  • Service providers used for operations (e.g., Google Workspace, LMS platforms)
  • Government authorities when required by law

6. Data Storage & Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Restricted access to enrollment records
  • Secure Google Drive storage
  • Password-protected systems
  • Limited access to authorized personnel only

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data:

  • As long as necessary for training, certification, and verification purposes
  • To maintain lifetime course access
